Meet Sharon

Before founding Sharon Singer Consulting in 2014, Sharon held senior leadership roles in human resources and talent management at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Blue Cross Blue Shield, EDS, and Everyday Health.

Sharon holds a Master's Degree in Behavioral Change from Johns Hopkins University and is the creator of the Performance Accelerator Model™, a practical framework designed to help leaders accelerate growth through increased self-awareness, effective communication, accountability, and intentional leadership practices.

Today, Sharon and her team partner with organizations across financial services, healthcare, technology, media, education, government, nonprofit, and consumer-facing industries. Whether coaching a CEO, facilitating a leadership team offsite, developing managers, or guiding organizational change, Sharon's mission remains the same: helping leaders and organizations achieve extraordinary results through people.
