My Story
Sharon Singer is a leading executive coach, talent strategist, and change agent with over 20 years of experience helping organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent. Known for her practical insight, strong business acumen, and down-to-earth style, she quickly builds trust with clients—from CEOs and executive teams to high-potential managers.
With a Master’s in Behavioral Change from Johns Hopkins and a career that spans global banks, startups, and nonprofits, Sharon brings deep expertise in leadership development, coaching, culture transformation, and team performance. She’s the creator of the Performance Accelerator Model—a proven framework grounded in feedback, clarity, and habit formation—that transforms how leaders grow, communicate, and lead with impact.
Sharon partners directly with clients to assess strengths, identify key growth areas, and build emotional intelligence—boosting awareness, communication, and relationship skills. Her coaching is hands-on and personalized, using assessments and real-time feedback to create measurable goals that align with business strategy.
Before founding Sharon Singer Consulting, she led HR and talent functions at firms including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Blue Cross Blue Shield, EDS, and Everyday Health. One of her proudest achievements was turning around the culture of a struggling startup within six months—building a management culture so strong that former employees still gather annually to celebrate the experience. That company later went public.
Today, Sharon and her team work across industries—from financial services and healthcare to media, education, tech, and government—helping leaders at all levels unlock their potential and drive results.

A Success Story
One of my proudest achievements was joining a struggling startup after my investment banking tenure. They were bleeding talent and struggling with culture. Within six months, we transformed the environment, built a management culture people wanted to be part of, and created a sense of belonging so strong that employees—years later—still reunite annually to celebrate the experience.
