Before founding Sharon Singer Consulting, I held leadership roles across very different organizations and industries—including Blue Cross Blue Shield, TRW Space & Defense, Salomon Brothers/Citi, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Everyday Health.
I’ve sat on both sides of the table. I understand the pressures leaders face, the complexities of organizational dynamics and what it takes to lead people, navigate change and deliver business results.
